Our Approach
Focused Practice. Solid Expertise.
The StadtBoutique is not a property supermarket. We work with a small number of mandates, each one handled carefully, with a thorough understanding of the property, the market, and the right moment to transact.
Where it makes sense, we collaborate with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and experienced builders. The aim is to identify a property's potential and develop it with consistency.
Our core focus is residential investment buildings, commercial real estate, and distinctive residential properties, from Vienna to Kitzbühel. We also accompany development projects from the initial concept through to completion and sale.
For the sale of investment properties and commercial real estate, we work directly with family foundations, family offices, property developers, and institutional investors. Many transactions are concluded discreetly, without public listing.
